With two decades of experience leading high-impact initiatives across technology, analytics, consumer goods, public sector, and multicultural markets, she brings a rare combination of innovation, operational discipline, and global perspective to every engagement. Natasha currently serves as CEO of Envisify Global Intelligence, a cloud-based cultural and business intelligence platform leveraging agentic AI to identify culture, emotion, and real-time behavioral signals. She previously co-founded Nativa Inc., an award-winning communications and SBA 8(a) agency, and O.Y.E. Business Intelligence, a data analytics solution specializing in multicultural audience insights.
There, she led financial and operational restructuring, aligning board, investors, and leadership while defining a unified product and AI roadmap. Partnering with the CRO, she helped drive a 203% increase in profits within three months, repositioning the business for scalable financial and product growth. Natasha has designed and led data-driven digital strategies for Fortune 500 brands including MassMutual, Castrol Motor Oil, FOX, and P&G, as well as major federal agencies such as the CDC, U.S. Air Force, and the Ohio National Guard. She is recognized for her ability to bridge cultures, audience behaviors, and build future-focused solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian, Natasha has lived and worked across South America, Europe, and the U.S., enabling her to lead global go-to-market initiatives and understand the cultural nuances shaping consumer and talent ecosystems. Her consulting practice spans fintech, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, and service industries, supporting organizations like Sheetz, Altria, Solve Group, and others as they navigate growth plateaus, generational transitions, or digital transformation journeys. Natasha is deeply committed to global leadership and community impact. She serves on the Board of the Columbus Council on World Affairs, part of The World Affairs Councils of America, and on the board of advisors for a five-generation family-owned construction company and a holding company with commercial real estate and data analytics subsidiaries.
Natasha holds a degree in Architecture and completed her thesis at the renowned Università Iuav di Venezia in Venice, Italy. She currently lives in Ohio, where she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places. Each year, she sets personal goals to master new skills ranging from learning to play ice hockey to creating mixed-media art.
